  • Pre natal fitness programs (I have 2 certifications in pre/post natal fitness). Remember, labor and delivery are endurance events so strength and aerobic fitness make your pregnancy/labor/delivery much easier/safer/more enjoyable. You'll also get back into your pre-pregnancy shape and clothes sooner! (I worked out safely and effectively for each of my 4 pregnancies-I'll show you how!)
